THE TEN WEEK COURSE
The development of your skiing and snowboarding in New Zealand is taken care of by ski & snowboard instructors at Cardrona Ski Resort’s High Performance Centre (HPC) – a specialist branch of the Cardrona Ski & Board School that has been working exclusively on NZSIA ski & snowboard instructor training since 1996. The SnowSkool programme and the HPC are overseen by Bridget Legnavsky, who is the President of NZSIA and a member of the New Zealand Interski team. All ski instructors and snowboard instructors assigned to HPC are NZSIA Senior Examiners – which means that they truly are at the top of their games.
The SnowSkool New Zealand programme is an extremely intensive instructor training courses that will lead to dramatic improvements in your skiing or snowboarding, as well as giving you a sound technical understanding of the biomechanics of your sport. The NZSIA has a global reputation for producing a very high quality of ski instructor and snowboard instructor and former SnowSkool New Zealand graduates are now working in resorts throughout Canada, Europe, Japan and USA.
