Just as they were built in 2006, SnowSkool reserved a few places at the Belvedere Luxury Apartments, a five minute walk from the centre of Wanaka.
Wanaka is, quite simply, one of the coolest places on earth –
a World Heritage site, the scenery is stunning, the
atmosphere is laid-back and friendly, yet the nightlife is vibrant and exciting. Wanaka sums up the best of New Zealand – a place where the people are friendly and open and the emphasis is on enjoying oneself, being outdoors and making the most of the opportunities in life. No SnowSkool ski or snowboard instructor training is simply about the skiing or snowboarding and New Zealand, more than most others, is certainly a country that will get into your soul and leave a lasting impression.
Apartments
SnowSkool students will stay in large and modern two-bedroom apartments with a large living area/ open-plan kitchen & dining area, bathroom and balcony or terrace. Moreover, because they are brand new, all the fixtures and fittings are very much up-to-scratch with large walk-in showers, modern entertainment systems and comfortable furniture. Within the Belvedere complex, there are also guest saunas which provide wonderful relieve for limbs weary from the day’s skiing or snowboarding and a chance to warm cold bodies from the cold climate.
You will live in an apartment with two other SnowSkool students and all twelve of our apartments are situated next door to each other ensuring that a friendly little SnowSkool community is sure to become quickly established within the complex.
What's Included?
The price of your SnowSkool course includes evening meals from Monday to Friday. These will either be served as a healthy and nutritious home-cooked dinner in your apartment or the group will head to one of the many restaurants in Wanaka for a meal out.
The Conditions
The standard room size will contain two people sharing on a twin- or double- basis.
Upgrades to a single room (for couples as well) are available at an additional cost.
Evening meals will be served Monday to Friday.
