Ha ha, no probs bennyboy, got some amazing pictures to come - and I also took a video of me blitzing Serwas - a green run that is super fast!

As for Frazers request for ELB......

As any skier/boarder knows, the worst part of a ski trip is having to endure the 7 or 12 minute lift trip to the top of the mountain. To add to this boredom you usually get some over friendly person sat next to you talking to you about inane chattery type stuff such as weather, the resort or where you are from. Now don't get me wrong, I like to be friendly. However, after repeating the same weather/resort/where I'm from banter 3 or 4 times a day, you get a little peeved.

Back when I started skiing in Andorra in 2005, my mates and I hated sitting on the lift and doing the whole inane chatgter stuff, so we developed a game.....

The game is ELB, Extreme Lift Banter. This game involves coming up with the most extreme story/background chatter as possible, yet still making it believable. Examples include pretending to be a different nationality or making up a crazy job such as 'goat blower' or 'Peanut Smuggler'. It has to be made hilariously believable. So saying you can fly or that you are the Lindbergh baby are not ideal. Notable ELB to date includes Yuri, the friendly russian (based on Borat he is a Russian on the run from the Soviet Union for tax Evasion, whose wife Yelenka works as a Kosack dance instrucotr down in Kelowna), Arthur the Over Enthusaistic Farmer guy who claims a bear dragged his snowboarder friend into the woods on Gem Lake or a guy who's job is working as a genetic Scientist trying to create flying monkeys a la wizard of Oz......

Well - that entry was stupidly long but Oly is now out of the shower so I will stop typing Smile Just getting ready for Australia day down at Raakels/Sams, granted I'm, not an Aussie but I do like to show supprt for other peoples cultural festivities such as Ramadan, Yom Kippur and St Patricks day Smile

I'll post some more pics on my flikr accputn tomorrow...

Have fun in England Very Happy
