hey sydney - most of these guys are on the season-long ski or snowboard instructor course beginning in january...it will tend to be about six weeks before the beginning of the course that people start to get on the forum. i am sure, however, that you can ask some questions and they will keep you updated throughout the season!

Two things:
1) I feel such a tool for not realising this forum existed!
and more importantly
2) HELLO Banffer's
Names keets funnily enough, from little old city of Chester in la northwest. Absolutly dying to get out of this silly little country. Will be boarding this year, though have been spent more of my life on a pair of ski's. But felt its what i'd probally enjoy more.
So that means if you see some guy falling over a lot in the first couple of weeks its probally going to me. Hoping theres someone else out there whose going to be a practical newbie like myself.
Oh and sorry to say im one of the late bookers whose having to get the British Airways flight.
Soooo... In conclusion, Keets, Practically a Newbie, Hellllllllo |

hello!!
I'm gonna join Ketts on this one as also feel like a tool for taking about two months to find the forum..as you can tell computers aren't my strong point!
anyway, my name's Adam but everyone calls me AJ. So as I'm about ten messages behind everyone else here goes:
haven't bought any gear yet, so hoping for a good deal out in banff
just learning to snowboard without brekaing my legs about three weeks ago, so I'll be amasing at making you pro's look good
hoping that the Banff nightlife will be good..does anyone know what the bars/pubs are like?
I think that sums it up, hope you all had a good new years eve..having problems remembering mine see you in a week |
